How often should I change my routine? How long should I stay on a program?
Keep the same routine base until you start to notice you are not making progress in your lifts or in your physique.
A routine should be done for a minimum of 4-6 weeks, and a maximum of 6-8 months.
Small changes can be implemented during these windows, such as substituting exercises, changing the order of exercises or changing the order of your workout days.
